improvement in condition was created by de1
Hi, I would appreciate any guidance please. I feel my condition has started to improve in some areas since i sent the esa50 (for the time being at least), it's 7 weeks since i sent it and still no word or letter from dwp/atos.

I know i need to notifiy dwp and i know i need to put it in writing, get photocopy, proof of postage etc. but what do i say in this letter? can i keep it simple at this stage? do u think will they send me another esa50? not sure if i can face that again so soon but i will have no choice. ive not had the medical yet so no idea how this will affect things.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi de1,

If you inform them of any change in your condition before a decision on your current WCA is made, the new information that you provide will obviously be taken into account in coming to a decision of any such award.

Obviously, I could not tell you what to say in your letter.

Hi de1, you could wait until the assessment.

My reason being that, at my last assessment, the nurse specifically asked me if I saw any improvements in any of my conditions.

Best wishes,
Rachel

ps 5 weeks and waiting! :)
