A Question regarding WRAG by Rachel Potter

Hi, does anyone know if this scenario has happened ever;

claim ESA, have medical assessment, fail, appeal, win and get placed in WRAG. Get sent ESA50 and get placed back into WRAG without a face to face? or

same but passing first medical assessment and not having to appeal?
