Got date for ESA Medical!

Well, glad that's over with!
They were running an hour late so had an additional wait. By the time I got in there I was struggling, I was extremely fatigued today and had a flare-up in my shoulder joint so was in pain. It was a lady Dr and she saw that I wasn't well, she said I looked exhausted and got me a drink of water she asked if I'd prefer to lie down, so I had my medical whilst lying down on the couch!
She didn't ask me anything stupid, just asked me about my meds and my typical day and how my ME/Fibro, Depression etc affected me. All this was down on the form already might I add!
Hubby came in with me and took notes.
So now it's back to waiting for the postman again!

Glad it went ok and I can understand how you are feeling today, my symptoms all reacted afterwards! Hope you feel bit better soon and don't have to wait too long for the postman, I am still waiting!

Hi Twinkle, you are right we shouldn't let them grind us down so I have written asking for the written reasons from my medical and informing them I want to appeal the decision-why should I accept a decision that I believe is wrong!! It will be interesting to see what the nurse said as none of the physical side of the medical were carried out due to the pain and distress I was in. Hope all goes well for you
