Thank you BOTH Pete and Greeneyelad,

I should clarify that I was put in the WRAG group and logged a complaint against Atos with my MP. The DM "superseded" the Atos Doc's 6 points and increased my points to 18. I feel as if I'm fighting at every point.

I did think as Greeneyed did, to just print the original doc off again, but as my symptoms have worsened, I will be added to it somewhat.

I am grateful to know that I should mention I am currently appealing - that never would have occurred to me, so thank you very much.

Good luck to everyone and 1000 thank yous,
cmarie510

Hi Martin,

The new claim forms are downloadable from DirectGov here:

www.direct.gov.uk/en/MoneyTaxAndBenefits...lorinjured/DG_172014

The only differences I have seen at first glance is in the declaration and also the page numbers differ towards the end.

As I posted earlier, the older forms are still acceptable (until hard copy supplies are exhausted).

Pete

Sorry, I should have written "Martin" There is so much money being wasted for this process. It took 3 different private organisations to "hand me over" to my WRAG. I was then asked to attend a 2 hour interview which I laughed at (to myself at) as the DWP admits I cannot sit for more than 40 minutes ( which is one of the points I am contesting). I called to speak with the person who oversees the charity which is putting together these meetings and she said that "common sense has gone out the window". She told me she would correspond with me by letter. I informed my MP of all of this and also copied Lord Walpole into all of this. I find what is being asked ludicrous at best, if not just cruel at the worst.

Thanks for taking the time to respond to me.

Having had a quick look at the 'New' ESA1 Oct 2011 form, it seems to include the financial assessment aspect of the old Income Support A2 form included in it; all ready for claiming ESA Income Related post April 2012.
