Unfortunately my G.P for reasons unknown did not put my certificate on my notes (this is a first) so I have had to go to my surgery. Now I am back I have rang up DWP so that they confirm they have received the fax and now awaiting a call back ... looking at the time it is now it might be tomorrow. What really annoys me the most about this is that the notes, certificates, letters etc are all confidential medical notes and we make an effort of sending them signed for and these certs, letters etc get lost and who knows where they could be.
