I have done some more digging and it appears that a change in April 2009, normalised all benefit payments to paid on the same day, using the table that we have previously published.hi i phoned to check what day my payment will be and was told it would be the same day.but going by what gordon has said it will change to monday.is it because ib was paid in a day earlier than the payment date

So someone being moved from IB to ESA should see no change in their payment date as a result of being moved to ESA.

Hi gordon thanks for your help its till confussing as it gets paid on to my account on a friday.but according to the table you show it should be monday

It was my first payment day monday.I get paid fortnightly.I only realised they had payed me £120 less when i went and checked my balance at the ATM.I have phoned today and the man said he would get someone to look at it and ring me tomorrow as there should be no drop in amounts he said.Will keep you updated on what they say after phone call.
