RECONSIDERATION TURNED DOWN ESA WRAG

just got letter from dwp for my reconsideration to be put in support group from wrag group.
they have not changed dicision still in wrag
so its now gone to independent appeal!!
as this happened to anybody else? and is this where you have to appear in person with the panel?
as I am now at my wits end, its taken 7 weeks to get this dicision and now prob even months now.

Do check the user guides on this site and see if you think you fit the support group and make sure your arguments are clear and that the facts truthfully match your situation to the criteria of the support group

I imagine you already have done this but anyway, good luck

yes good luck. I am still waiting [9weeks] to see if they change decision or send it on to appeal tribunal. :unsure:
