Yesterday 'Gordon' confirmed that I should be in the Support Group following my ESA tribunal verdict.(see below). This was also confirmed by my Welfare Rights representative.
Today I have received a letter from jobcentreplus stating that I have been placed into the work related activity group & showing my weekly benefit as £91.40 from 22.10.10.
I have clearly been placed in the wrong group. What should I do please?

You will need to speak to the office which deals with your ESA claim, and explain the that according to the tribunal decision notice you should be placed in the support group.
You could also send them a copy of the decision notice to confirm that you are eligible for the support group, if there is any continuing doubt as to your correct ESA entitlement?
