That is intersting, a paragraph for additional info for my friend, in regards to reasonable adjustments under the equalties act 2010 that all correspondence be by written correspondence because of the reasons and what happens, and then fill out the part towards the end and someone else can give a phone number if they have to have one to arrange a medical and give the information as to why that is the case. It is all we can do isn't it? Hopefully they cannot ignore that, but who knows. I just hope they read these forms and the information supplied and take on board the problems we have. This whole process is bad enough, and my friend has freaked out massively over this, thankfullly the cmht social worker has come and seen my friend today and we are getting support with the questionnaire from them and the benefits advisor. So thanks guys for you help with it maybe a strange question but it is a massive problem for her and many many others. Thank you
