Do go through the B&W Guides they are very helpful.

Also don't forget that descriptors should be assessed on the basis that they can be completed reliably, repeatedly and safely. This is is especially relevant to people with ME, who may be able to walk a short distance, or lift an item, or reach, or carry out a cognitive funtion, once or twice, but not repeatedly and not reliably. In addition, for people with ME attempting activity beyond personal limits can trigger a relapse from which it may not be able to recover to pre-event level of functioning.

Medical evidence should help, but also, if you haven't already, give detailed thought to how your husband's symptoms affect his functioning in day to day life. Also if symptoms have been exacerbated (and the duration of exacerbation) in the past, what triggered the exacerbation, and how was functioning impacted during this time.

I hope all goes well at the tribunal, especially as people with ME have a very low tolerance for stress.
