how long to a decesion of re concideration

Hi all
just wondering i have sent all the papework off now for my appeal if it is to be re concidered how long is this stage.if it goes to appeal how long does that take and if it then goes to tribunal and you lose what happens next ?

I can only answer how things happened in my case, I appealed and had the decision changed to place me in the SG and it happened within 10 days.

i posted my appeal dated 13/10/11, assuming they got it say 15/10/11, i recieved a reply dated 17/10/11 saying they had not changed their decision. so my reconsideration took only 2 days!

Hi GEL,

This must be some type of record for the length of time taken for a reconsideration.

The 15th and 16th of October were a Saturday and Sunday.
