Thats another thing added to my list for tribunal. the only thing i can think that might go against me with that argument is that i stated on my GL24; "please do not ask me to provide further details as I will not be able to do so until I have been provided with a full copy of the papers and had the opportunity to try to get independent advice and support." As per the Appeals guide. please dont think im critisising the B&W guide, im not at all, the guides have been a wonderfull help to me. but i kind of wish i hadnt stated that because they have obviously thought "oh hes not providing any other info, well then we are not changing our minds" However the new DM should have read all the info they already had & its clear that did not happen unless they worked the Saturday & Sunday as you pointed out!
oops my dates were wrong. i sent my appeal on 11/10/11. they recieved it on Thursday 13/10/11 & the reconsideration decline letter was dated 17/10/11. so they had thurs, fri, mon to reconsider (3 Working days)
