5 weeks ago I ended my claim for ESA which I had been on for over a year to try a work from home self employed position. I did not realy feel capable of this work but did it anyway as I felt forced and pressured too as I did not hold any hope of ATOS assessing me fairly when it came to a WCA which would have taken place a few weeks later,.
Unfortunately my worst fears have proved correct and it has not worked out. I am aware I can apply to have my ESA claim reinstated by rapid reclaim but what I need to know is if I do make a repid reclaim will I be paid ESA At my previous rate ie £94 per week or will it go back to the assessment rate of ESA?
