WRAG was created by Mark
On 22/10/11 I sent a letter to Jobcentreplus ansking for a copy of my medical report and also to be told how many points I had been awarded and I advised them that I was appealing against their decision to place me in WRAG (I sent it recorded), today )10/11/11 I have received the medical report but no mention of how many point they awarded me. I am at a loss of how to proceed from here, the medical report has been wrongly typed in many areas putting into words things that have not happend and that I did not say, I am very upset and confused by all this because I cannot take in, store or understand the information, I cant type any more it is upsetting me to much. I don't know what to do

Mark. My advice would be to have a good cry or do something else to distract yourself for awhile and come back to trying to make sense of it all when you feel a bit stronger.

Hi M,

I am afraid that many members are receiving copy of their medical reports, that do not contain any useful indications of why they have been awarded WRAG status.

See this thread and links within the thread. :

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/forum?func=vie...id=10&id=73804#73804

If you feel that you provided relevant evidence within your ESA50, and any supportive documentation, redraw the DM's attention to relevant extracts.

Don't forget it will be a different DM that reconsiders you case automatically on appeal.

In particular draw attention to how you feel that you meet the qualifying SG descriptors.

Does your medical report, (ESA85 or ESA85A) contain a prognosis?

Have a read of the thread and the links within it, then if you have any further general questions. please return to the forum.
