Where Is The Descriptor Document Showing Points ?

As per above.

Ive copied it off once but cant find the source for the life in me.

The header starts........

Employment And Support Allowance

Limited Capability For Work - Test

Schedule2-Regulations19(2)and(3)Employment And Support Allowance regulations 2008

Document then goes onto list all descriptors with points allocated from 15 down to 6 and none.

Cant find it and need this for my Psychologist this afternoon.

help appreciated, do yo8u know where it is please??
