Hi Amanda

I appreciate you are a new B&W member and am sorry to hear of your difficulties. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a Welfare Rights Service, only general benefit questions and help with the B&W guides.

This is a complex question regarding Income Support & also Housing Benefit. As we are not able to help members with Housing Benefit questions, and it would be innapropriate to ask you to provide personal information on a board like this, may I suggest that you contact an Advice Agency, who can then discuss options available to you and give advice.

Regards

Michael

Also, I don't know if your username is your real full name, but if it is you may wish to read the info from this link:

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
