ESA WRAG group and epilepsy

hiya folks,i have uncontrolled epilepsy,proven with an eeg at hospital. i have been placed in the wrag group to which i am appealing.one of my symptoms is major memory problems.My neurologist, epilepsy nurse,doctor, friends and family all understand how this affects me.my epilepsy rules my life. on the 14th of this month i had an interview with the jobcentre. the woman who interviewed me was questioning me.she asked me when the last time was that i seen my epilepsy nurse. i couldnt remember,i know it was this year,im constantly in touch with her.she said surely i remember,and that i had to have an idea when it was.i began to feel anxious,frustrated that i was unbelieved. she changed her attitude towards me, i felt like i was been interrogated,unbelieved and came out of the interview room quite upset.why are these people allowed to do this? do they have any knowledge of illnesses?
