JAust been placed in to esa wrag support group without medical & have just appealed sending in written evidence from my cpn, & consultant, to support my claim to be placed in the support group,

Q) How long will it take before i get my case reviewed? or appeal to be heard in the Manchester u/k area.

Hi,

It is not possible to give an exact figure when a reconsideration will be carried out or when an appeal will happen.

However as posted in the 'news' section of the site, currently, for ESA across the country the average time from submitting an appeal request to the actual appeal tribunal is (as at Sept 2011) 31.2 weeks.

However this is only an average, it could be shorter or longer depending on local circumstances such as how many appeals are pending etc.

hi i was just wondering how long you waited for result i to have been told no medical and awaiting result been waiting 10 weeks since sending form of much appreciated i too am in the manchester area thanks

Waited approx 8 weeks for questionaire results of esa wrag support group,

& a further 3 weeks to let me know that they had received my GL 24 appeal form,

& on same day was sent appointment to attend a Personal Advisor Interview at Local Jobcentreplus in 8 working days time.

Hi Jamie, I was not told i would not be having a medical, just got their decission, Esa Wrag Support Group.

I was placed in the support group in june.I won an appeal on regulation 35, life threatening diseases. i have, 3 weeks ago sent off my second medical questionaire but have heard nothing back
