hi im really upset and disapointed , i went to aa oral appeal in my wheelchair , and at the first thought i was on a winner ,when i come home a few days later had all of my dla taken off me , i was on higher rate care and mob ,when forms come in i put on condition has got worse , they investgated me and my gp hasnt done me no favours and put in the lettr to them thaat i should go swimming ,to loose weight , im livivd, i have been getting my dla for 15 years and was med retired at 37 ,also my condition has worsened , ive got degenerative spondolithesis of the spine , which is added to oseto arthritis , all over the body joints , i am in discust at ths as u can imagine , thats 500 a month down next ill be homeless , ive been to citiziens advice , they said appeal agin and ask for reasons and proceedings , also said fill in another form from scratch , im at my wits end , ive since been to see a private proffessor of rhuematology and hes discusted and said give me the forms ill fill them in , and this is a man who dont know me only see me for 5mins and said that , so where is the justice , what do u think i should do , take them to court see a solicitor , can y let me know what the best option , oh yes in the appel they picked out that a doctor said i could walk100 metres at the time ,this was a typying error in the first instance , also i could nt walk without stopping id do a few steps then have to sit , really have to be bed bound most of the time thats where im most comfortabale , please please help thanks theresa bowyer :angry: :angry: :angry:

If the tribunal has decided that you are not entitled to DLA, you can only appeal their decision to the upper tribunal on a point of law. See our guide to appealing DLA decisions here .

If your condition worsens, as it appears it may do from what you have written, you will be able to make a fresh claim with more supporting evidence.

Bear in mind that the decision relates to when the last decision was made by the DWP, not to your needs since then, even between the decision and appeal, so if your condition has deteriorated in the meantime, the same applies and you can make a fresh claim.
