Ib to esa was created by Sammylou
Hi
Am new to this and confused!!!!
I have been on ib since 1993. I last has a review in 2005 giving me a 5 yr award. My last medical was in 2000 and the doctor would not touch me. Must sent me home.
My award expired in 2005 but i was still paid. I have now had my letter to transfer to esa.
Ive looked at a few links and i think i am understanding that the cases being transfered first are the ones that were considered unlikely to improve for work are being done first. Am i right?
Will i qualify for contribution based esa on my ib stamp? I wont get income based. Hubby works. Am worried, loads of claims fail but i will appeal. Im thinking if i am right about the reasons for moving me now are cos on ib i was unlikely to imrove it may be not as bad as i think? Any thoughts pleas?!
