Hi all,
I received a letter saying that my case would be looked at again. What sort of evidence do I need? I've gort a reciept from Physio for the loan of a tens machine, I've also got a letter for a new appointment from consultant. This is all new to me and i'm in the dark, help.

you are welcome to gain more evidence to support your claim ,but in my case i have spent money on Drs letters Hospital records and i have found out today these have not been looked at and they will go to tha appeal court i feel cheated that my case as never been reviewed

I assume you have either asked for a Reconsideration or appealed, but what for, were you found Fit for Work or placed in the WRAG and trying to be placed in the Support Group?Hi all,

Normally we would suggest, new or additional evidence in support of your illness or condition, however, it may be that you have already submitted everything you have. If this is the case you could write a submission, expanding on what you wrote on the ESA50 and detailing why you believe you meet whichever ESA criteria you believe you should have been awarded.

Hi Gordon,
Sorry, i should have mention that I was placed in the 'work activity group'. I went for the intwerview at the local job centre as requested and was told by the 'personal advisor' to appeal against the decision as she didnt think I should be in that group. One of her points being that I receive the high rate care ans mobility component of DLA,

Hi Catrina,
As Janey pointed out, sending medical evidence in is quite often a waste of time.
I took hospital letters to my last medical assessment and the doctor refused to even look at them although I asked him to take copies which he wouldn't. I sent in copies of all my hospital letters, even future appointments for the pain clinic to the Decision Maker who then gave me zero points, hence my appeal.
It's worth sending in copies to the DWP as the tribunal may take notice, I don't know.
At my first 'medical' the doctor asked for and took copies of the letters I had but it's all changing now it seems.
It can't do any harm to send in anything you have though.
