Hello. Can anyone help. I am receiving the ESA 50 any day. The letter saying they would phone was dated 5 days before the letter arrived. Is the 4 weeks to fill the form from the date on the letter with the form (which I presume is true) or from when I receive it. With the Christmas post I could lose a week! And the GP's surgery will be closed for much of the holidays, so getting a letter of support on time will be very hard. Been ill for years and left alone. Not now. Worried on all counts.

The 4 weeks to fill in your form is from when you receive it.
Enclosed with the ESA50 form will be a letter giving you a deadline date to return it to ATOS.
You could start filling the Pdf version in now, from here :

Thank you for your answers. But, how do the DWP know when I have received it? It might be delayed by the Christmas post.
