Sorry to be a pain but my DLA is due on the 27th December, I was wondering if anyone knows if its paid earlier as I've learnt this morning that the 27th December is a Bank Holiday? (if its been answered before my apologies, I have tried looking for the last 25 mins and trailing through the past pages with no avail) Can anyone help? Thanks. (someone I know has said its payable on the 22nd Devember but I'd like confirmation) Thanks again. (cant ring DLA line as I have no money)

The actual payment day for DLA is Wednesday, however it is not unusual for it to actually get into your account a day early.
The usual procedure is to process on the preceding working day, which would be Friday, however, I'm not sure which day it will actually show in your account, but it will definitely be there as usual or earlier.
Hope this makes sense.
