Mine is next month too Carole and I spoke to the boss of my WRO yesterday as he is off work sick, and she said hopefully he will be back after Xmas. In any case they have written to my Doctor for a report and my partner as well, for her to say how and what she does on a daily basis to help me through. And then a submission will be done after we have talked and looked over the paperwork and sent before hand to the Tribunal.

Hi Samantha

Wecome to B&W. Generally we suggest that members use the link below, to find help. I'm pleased you got a knowledgeable solicitor to help you. Such a person would not be allowed to represent at a tribunal, but as you say can prepare the paperwork for you.

Where to get advice?

As it is so short notice for you now, maybe do what I did months ago and go through all the questions and the answers you gave and what the DM put about your answers, and the one's you come across write them down, marking the numbers etc ... and then write down the truth of what you actually put, and then do it so you can make easy references to it, both for you and the Tribunal? Hope this helps and Good luck!

If you don't have enough time to send said "other evidence" to the Court, then just turn up half hour earlier and ask the Clerk to give to them before hand, so they can read it. I don't think my WRO will be representing me neither, but maybe better if you at least take someone with you for moral support? Again, all the best ...
