I have read most of the information on the website. there is soo much of it to take in tho it is all soo confusing.
I sent my ESA50 in back in september or something like that. SO i have newer up to date information.

If i ask my dr if she has done an ESA113 questionair would she tell me?

I have recieved an appointent for a medical for the 10th of january so next tuesday.

Hi,

If you have new evidence, you could post copy by recorded delivery to ATOS at the same address as you posted your ESA50 back to, you could also post copy to the DWP DM at the office that deals with your benefits, you should put your name, NI Number, and date of birth on any pages of evidence.

You could then also take copy to the face to face as a back up, and ask for it to be taken into account by the DM when coming to a decision, as with the above posted copy also.

You could ask your G.P, practice whether they have been asked to fill in an ESA113, see copy of one here :

www.dwp.gov.uk/docs/esa113-interactive.pdf

They should be able to tell you if they have, and on what date they returned it.
