Also - I don't know yet whether my GP was contacted by them or not. I'm guessing not at the moment because the decision took 4 weeks to come.

I think they tried to phone me as well although I'd specifically written for them not too (and why). I didn't put my number on the form but the dwp have it on file anyway.

I hope my GP can be of some of help. She didn't know there was such a thing as wrag and support last time I spoke to her. But she is generally supportive.

Hi DN,

Your G.P. receptionists should be able to inform you over the phone, as to whether your G.P. has received an ESA113 to fill in, and if so, the date it was returned to DWP/ATOS.

Thanks bro. But I'm seeing the doc later on today anyway so she can let me know then.

My GP didn't get sent an esa113.

She will write saying wfis etc are damaging to my mental health.

Although I'm never quite sure she's got what I am saying! She tends to talk in general terms - about how annoyed she is with atos/dwp in general for all her patients.

She asked me to drop in my NI number and the address the letter needs to go to (although I will be picking up the letter myself to send in so can also go back to her I guess if I don't think it's got the main point).

Would the correct address be the one on top of my decision letter? Should it be addressed to sir/madam?

I have an appt. with the CAB on the 19th Jan - which is just before appeal needs to go in. (they can fax it.)

Hopefully they can add the GP's letter then. And also state that what me/my therapist wrote wasn't taken into proper consideration.

I sent off a 'Subject Access request' letter copied from the guides on 28th Dec but I'm guessing I may well not have got the information requested by then.

I did scrawl on my mainly typed form "please contact my GP for further evidence" in capital letters - another thing they didn't do.

Hi Displayname

As you are being advised and have an appointment with the CAB, they will know how to deal with your case.

You are of course welcome and use the B&W guides in the Members Only section and in the Spotlights.

We are unable to give specific advice on a board like this, epecially as you are already being assisted by another agency.

Kind regards

Michael
