Presumably if it's a review it will be under the Right Payment Programme (RPP). Details of which can be found in the Spotlights area of the forum's Frequently Asked Questions.
HERE

Scroll down to Disability Living Allowance, and details of RPP are there.

If your RPP review is unchanged, then you shouldn't be contacted again for 12 months.

If it's you that's requested a review of your current award, then it's treated pretty much the same as submitting a new claim.

PLEASE READ THE SPOTLIGHTS AREA OF THE FORUM REGULARLY, OTHERWISE YOU MAY MISS OUT ON IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi
no I didnt ask for it, apparently I was picked at random. I was hoping that when I have my renewal in July that it would be indefinate so now I'm thinking once i get the form back to them and, hopefully nothing changes, will I still have to do a renewal in July.

Hi Ang

I think if you read Moderator Jim Allison's reply above, he has said that once your Review under The Right Payment Programme has been decided and you are awarded DLA, you will not have to make another claim, for at least 12 months, if awarded appropriately.
