Article in the Mail

I am afraid that I am not clever enough on a pc to be able to do a link. The article in the Mail today about people on IB, living abroad. This states that Ian Duncan Smith will not reassess people at the age of 60. It also states ' As in the UK, those approaching 60 will not be reassessed because they are deemed to be too old to seek work'. Is this correct? Dont want to start a discussion, but I presumed you were only not assessed for esa if you reach retirement age before 2014. I will be 60 in 2013, but not retirement age.

Thanks Bro. I am fully aware of the rules, but this article stipulates that IDS has decided not to reassess the over 60's. Probably the article is wrong ?????
