Is it definite that contribution based Esa will be 12 months maximum as of April this year ?

Hi B,

This is how it stood before last night when there were 3 ammendments to the Welfare Reform Bill agreed to in The Lords :

12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)

However, these 3 ammendments will now be sent back to the Commons, see the article in the Benefits News Section, re : this :

So there is a glimmer of hope that it "may" be extended to 2 years, only a glimmer though.
