Don't worry unduly.

The term "fit note" is a term that replaced "sick note", I understand how ambiguous this term is.

Thank you bro..argh so confusing;
As for descriptors I thought I did fit them, I read your pages as I can not walk more than 8 /9 steps in pain and without walking aid. some days I dont manage to get out of bed neve rmind out else
Can not sit either severe pain in legs through to feet can not traverse steps or stairs. etc I need help dressing washing and indeed living. I am now under mental health teams too. Pain clinics etc cognitive therapy..I am on that much meds dont know what day it is sometimes.so how else do I meet descriptors DIE? sorry for being so blunt but not in a good place ..

Hi C,

If you feel that you have already provided sufficient evidence as to how you should qualify for ESA with reference to the descriptors, don't be afraid of redirecting the DM towards such evidence, when you appeal.

Don't forget it will be a different DM who reconsiders your case automatically when you submit your appeal
