Hi - can I just confirm that the members mental health guide for esa is up to date and correct on page 18?

That is: exceptional circumstances for the support group. - Limited capability for work related activity on grounds of it being a substantial risk to yours or someone else's mental or physical health.

I'm sure it is but someone told me it wasn't which sowed some seeds of doubt in me!

Many Thanks.

Hi DN,

There have been no ammendments to the ESA Regulations since March 2011.

The Exceptional CIrcumstances are still the same.

Our ESA Claims guides as from here :

ESA Guides

Are current and up to date.
