ESA50 FILLED IN was created by bulliemad
just completed my esa50 using your guidelines on a blank sheet or shud i say sheets of paper, i hopefully be going to the citizens advice centre who helped me with my DLA a few years ago, to get it filled in and make sure i havent missed anything out, and then i will have to wait upon there decision, i have been ill with the thought of all this and isnt making my anxiety any better, infact quite the opposite, i have asked my chiropractor for a report as i have been going there for the last 8 yrs now, will this be of any use when sending the esa50 back? thanks

Hi bulliemad

It all depends on what the report says.

There is advice on obtaining and sending medical evidence in the ESA guides, but make sure that you read the report and that you are happy it's supportive.

Good luck
