Questions asked before, and personal queries.

Hi Members,

Despite Moderators asking members not to post queries which have been answered numerous time before, nor to seek advice on benefits we cannot deal with, including personal queries, some members continue to do so, despite two moderators resigning.

Can we please ask you to use the FAQ in the green area on the left of the forum page, and also the Frequently Asked Questions in the 'Spotlights Area of the forum HERE

The latter written by Gordon deal with literally thousands of queries, so help us to help you and check them out before posting.

All posts for the forum have first to be read my a moderator before they appear in the forum, this is mainly for legal reasons.

I really don't know how all you Mods cope, I would be tearing my hair out by now if I was in your position.

I know you are all voluntary and the forum is not what we all pay for, if I remember correctly, we all pay for the guides etc, and the 'members only' info.

I renewed my membership recently, not because I need any advice myself at the moment, (I'm 'clickety click' and retired, but on DLA!) but because I think that all of you at B & W do a fantastic 'job'!!!

I would be inclined to close the forum, then everyone would have to read the guides etc, instead of asking the same questions over and over again.

Apologies, I'm just thinking out loud here, and will understand if you don't post this!
