Med 3 forms not in appeal bundle was created by lochlisa
I am appealing not being in Support Group.

My GP completed the DWP form and stated that I suffered from pervasive fatigue which precludes everyday functioning.

My GP also supplied Med 3's stating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

The Med 3's are not in the bundle supplied by DWP but the GP form is detailing what is stated above plus more.

I have photocopies of Med 3's, would it be a good idea to send them to the appeals tribunal or should the GP's DWP form be enough as it states the fatigue?

I have heard the great news of a fellow B&W member getting into support with ME diagnosis and this has spurred me on to make sure my appeal is the best it can be.

thank you, Lisa

If you believe that these MED3s will add to your case then you should include them, but be careful not to dilute your evidence with content that does not do so.

The Tribunal will know that you have had to provide Fit Notes during your appeal and it would be unusual for a GP to include anything else other than a diagnosis and the period that the Note covers on one.
