Nice reply i weighed up the risks and am 99.99% percent certain i should be in the support group due to descriptors as well as the exceptional circumstances rule. The question is will my consultant and/or GP put their neck on the line for a Dwp letter going against another practitioner all be it being ATOS also i am now aware that my case becomes less solid by having to attend JC+ while waiting for the appeals process and as more and more people caught up in the process of appealing it is becomming more difficult to receive requested info before my deadline

as you were placed in Wrag you will not know what you have and have not scored points for... no 'scoresheet' unless you fail to qualify for ESA. It took 3 letters from myself, a phone call from my husband and 2 phonecalls by my MPs caseworker for me to finally get my esa85a so I hope you get yours a LOT quicker
You can appeal before you recieve the forms requested if you need to... just don't miss the deadline!!!!! You just need to state why you are appealing the decision that you are fit for work related activity and the Support Group descriptors you meet. Adding that there may be further things you wish to appeal against when you have seen the relevant paperwork.  terribly put I know...Foggy brain... but I am pretty sure there id something about this in the guide to appealing? even an example ? good luck I went from IB to eSA wrag without a medical  appealing

I've not had my esa85a - requested it in writing 4 weeks ago now. Somebody's looking after my appeal now so hopefully they can extract all the info. from the dwp.

Hi linda - what do they write on the esa85a if not the points you got then?

I moved from IB/IS to ESA WRAG without a medical assessment. I think 90% of transfers are going into WRAG. The DWP have admitted 'significant' disability but I'm still placed in WARG and without my GP's form/letter!

I asked for reasons but had to wait 2 months for a response. I had to appeal because of the time limits. They looked again but wanted to go ahead with appeal and so do I. The nurse who checked my form and made the report on 10 counts ignored or dismissed the points made about my conditions and how they affect me.

I am confident of good outcome at appeal. I hope WR can represent me in the tribunal, as I'm not really up to doing it myself.

Good luck.
