ESA Appeals

I won my appeal for ESA in mid-December 2011 having had my ESA claim turned down in early August 2011. The tribunal upheld my claim and gave me the typed judgement when I returned to the courtroom. The Clerk of the Court told me that the judgement had been sent to the Job Centre at the same time. I failed to receive any money at all in early January - when I enquired why I was told it was due to a technical problem but have since been told that I will not get my claim dealt with for at least 12 weeks. Now we know how the government manages to make its borrowing figures look healthier! ...at the expense of the most vulnerable!
