ESA Appeal was created by Garthie
Hi I have received my Appeal papers from the DWP in readiness for my tribunal. On inspection I found that they have not listed my primary disability or made any reference to it. I have 3 disabilites in all.
My question is should I telephone the DWP to point this error out to them or should I wait until I get to the tribunal? I am asking this as I do not want it jeopardise my hearing i.e delay, revision, or re appeal etc? Sorry if it does not make sense but I was wondering if any one else has experienced any thing simular?
Thanks

Any diagnosis you have is secondary how your conditions effect your ability to complete the ESA descriptors.

I am sure that you explained what your conditions are on the ESA50, so there should be no need to re-visit this with the DWP.
