Hi TT,

When an appeal is submitted to the DWP, an automatic reconsideration takes place.

If the decision is not changed at this stage, the appeal is sent forward to the Appeals Tribunal Service.

Shortly after this you should receive the DWP's Evidence Pack (Bundle).

If you have concerns about not yet receiving this "Bundle", you should contact the DWP.

Thank you he had his dal tribunal the dip were at the tribunal he lost now the ESA appeale so he will wait to see what the pack says the letter he got states he has lost the ESA based on the information he sent in and the medical
