Mandatory Consideration Consultation

Mods please don't post this if you've seen it before or if it's already here. I did a search but it didn't come up.

I'm unsure how to post as a blue link.

As I understand it this would mean, if passed, that you could appeal a decision of 0 points at your medical but a 'reconsideration' by DWP would take place automatically first. This would not have a time scale on it and you would not be able to claim ESA at assessment rate until your reconsideration was put forward to the appeal stage.
This would mean no money unless the DWP agreed to let your appeal go ahead.

I've just skim read this so I could be a little confused in parts but it's out for consultation.

I hope as many people spread this link around and write to the address on the form because If this comes to pass it will be the end of people being able to easily get an appeal as they won't be paid whist they're waiting.
