ATOS/DWP Guidelines for Medicals W/out ESA50 was created by Augustus

I am trying to find the ATOS/DWP Admin. Guidlines which state when a medical can proceed without an ESA50 form.

Have looked at the WCA manual on the site but can find nothing on this.

Can any moderator suggest whether this is available anywhere online or whether I need to ask ATOS/DWP for these specifically.

I'm not sure the information you are looking for is in the public domain, unless an FOI request has been made for it.

It would form part of the procedures related to receiving the completed ESA50 back and booking an appointment as a result.
