I have a mobility scooter. The maximum it does is 4mph and the battery only lasts an hour.
If I put down on my ESA50 that I have a scooter, and when I have to attend the face-to-face assessment, and use my scooter to get there, will they interpret that as I can use my scooter to get to work?
Would I be better not to mention having the scooter at all?

If you use your scooter because you cannot walk and are unable to propel a manual wheelchair then this is something you should mention with regard to question 1 on the ESA50.
You should also look at the ESA Claim guides, see
