Hi

I know this is probably a stupid question but does the Work capability assessment scoresheet here:

apply to the latest ESA50 03/11?

Just slightly confused as it's listed in a different section to the latest ESA50 03/11.

Any clarification would be welcome.

Also is the Work capability assessment scoresheet a helpful prompt for healthcare professionals when writing a report for you, do you think? Alongside the Healthcare Professional Info Sheet.

Again any advice gratefully received, as I am in a state of panic with ESA50 03/11 completion due! Argghh

The ESA Claims on Physical Grounds relates to questions 1-10 of the ESA50 and the ESA Claims on Mental Health Grounds relates to questions 11-17.

Forgive me, but I'm not entirely sure what you are referring to in your second question
