ESA Appeal win was created by Dorset-angel
After a years worth of upset by DWP causing me Gross Maladministration of which i will battle on when i can find a solicitor to take my matter on due to the area of what they did to me, it would be a public Law case, as Legal aid does not cover this area it is expected for me to pay but finding a solicitor is proving quite hard. Anyway today i attended my tribunal, having done this once it gets harder, believe me i was in tears the whole time and because they were referring back to last year in April i couldn't remember and was becoming increasingly agitated, upset and having ME/CFS amongst other issues i found it hard to concentrate on what they were saying and i had to be prompted by my support worker. i won the case being placed in the WRAG, i am now being left for a year but to be honest i am trying any treatment to get me back into a working role, with some with ME/CFs there is 3 categories, i was placed in the moderate end, i am on a recovery program as mine was caused by 5 years worth of trauma. I sure hope i will get better to the extent of being able to work part-time as i do not intend on doing this a 3rd time, my trust is also broken with DWP and having worked all my life and it is only the last 2 years i have needed support with money, i find it a disgraceful system and i do feel for all of you, who are just starting out on this journey.

I know i have to attend work focus assessments but my support worker has told me she will be attending them with me, as being on a recovery program come into the category for looking for work. I do aim to get a solicitor which is now my next stage for the upset caused and not to mention breaking my confidentiality, data etc to a 3rd party. But of course i will keep you updated. Thank you Gordon.
