Health diary.

Hi, are people submitting health diaries with their ESA forms?

I have a week from last year and a week from this year recorded on paper and would like some opinions please from other claimants here if it's worthwhile submitting a health diary with the ESA form.

As I have M.E. I thought a diary comparing my health from this year to last might be helpful for them to see that I haven't changed health-wise.

What do you think?

I supplied a 7 day diary of a typical week and what my carer did for me and I am pretty sure it was very helpful, especially when my case go to the Tribunal of course !

Thanks Gordon, I'll bear that in mind (I think mine's 50% of what it could be re: ESA descriptors). Oh well.

Thanks too lochlisa. I've been to two tribunals in the past as well (for IB), hoping it won't be a third...I'm glad you were successful though!
