1st adult claim for son with autism

I'm not sure if anyone can help but all suggestions gratefully received ...

I've reached the bit on the form about going to bed/getting up etc ... none of the questions seems to fit our circumstances which are:

... that my son will go to bed when asked ... (after a somewhat protracted washing regime!) ... however he does not sleep all night, even with melatonin, and if he wakes up does not seem able to get back to sleep - instead he will get up, come downstairs and put the TV/computer on at a high volume, waking the rest of the household. Some days this is 4am or earlier. We've tried removing mains cables for speakers/supplying headphones and hiding remote controls ... however he doesn't remember to use the headphones and is quite competent to operate the tv without the remote. He also HAS to operate light switches repeatedly and put his water bottle down (heavily) repeatedly (waking hours are filled with cries of 'once!') which also disturbs the household in the middle of the night. (4.25 am this morning and so loudly that we thought someone was knocking on the door)

Any ideas what to write? or should I just copy and paste the whole paragraph above into the form.
