I have now received a date for a ATOS medical for renewal of my ESA. It is on 12th march and I am now really getting stressed and anxious about it. Last time I had a medical I was turned down and I had to go to appeal and Im afraid of this happening again. I have a copy of what to expect at the medical but Im stressed over having to prove the fact that I have fibromyalgia and its many associated symptom. I then a few days later received a long awaited date for my DLA Tribunal Hearing, its at the end of March and the Welfare Rights service will be attending it with me, again I have all the necessary paperwork from this sight but Im still worried about having to prove how bad my illness affects me on a daily basis. I feel that my doctor is no longer behind me as she has made me feel like im a hypochondriac and my illness is all in my head and she has put as much in words in a recent report requested by the DWP and I feel that she has just made my life harder. Wish me luck and any support and info on what to expect at the tribunal hearing would be much appreciated by anyone who has gone through it recently :S

How horrid to be hit with your ATOS medical and the tribunal so close together! I wish you the best of luck with both of them.

Good luck and I truly sympathise in regards to your very apparent problems with your GP.
I too am not getting a good reponse from mine either. He did not read my medical file, what little there is of it & failed to indicate the level of disabilty I have appropriatly.
All I can suggest is keep your chin up & good luck.
