DLA renewal form

I received the renewal forms for my DLA today and it appears to be the standard claim pack as if being assesed for a new claim. I read a post ages ago in the benefits news section about "short form DLA con trick".
Happily I have received what looks like the normal form and it gives plenty of space for lenghty answers. I always provide detailed evidence on a separate sheet anyway if need s be. Is this claim pack the norm for renewals now as opposed to fresh claims?

I believe that renewals are actually treated the same as new claims. Make sure that you include all of your info, even if you think that things sould already be on record.

One thing I have noticed that is new from last time I renewed is they are asking if claimants have ever had a treadmill test, peak flow test etc. I never have but would be willing to undergo a treadmill test as my mobility is now so severe that I can hardly stand at all due to my knee deformity, my mobility is restricted to merely a few yards and I mean hobbling a from my lounge to my kitchen or from one room to another which entails only ten or fifteen yards in my small ground floor flat
