work related esa payments are to cease

I'm suicidal having severe anxiety & depression.Have enough to endure without being informed my work related ESA will cease in few weeks. Would love to be able to work but illness prevents. This will leave us struggling to eat! Was told I could be sent form to apply for being transferred to support group ...is this true?Have written letter to my GP for advice but have not sent yet...can anyone advise in my desperate situation please?Can't face going to other medical as I am unable to leave my home.

I suffer with Significant Anxiety Disorder & Depression,
so i really understand where your coming from.
It's a real struggle to get through the day, let alone trying to complete forms !
I'm still waiting for a decision, from the DWP, it's been 5 weeks, and my Anxiety is sky high.
All i can say is dont let them grind you down ! keep going
