Medical Assessment

Is there anyone like me who has been on IB for longer than 27 years . also i had 4 medical assessments in the past but last one was about 20 years ago, also iv,e got my DLA HR letter dated 20 years ago saying it would be for life, surely if i get put into Wrag or worse it would make that quite a contradiction in terms.

Hiya, welcome and join the gang.
If you have kept seeing your GP and he is up to speed with you, then you will be fine. If you have such a massive disability then you will be fine. .If like me you melted away cos you were told 'All is ok, you are on this til retirement pension kicks in etc',and you stayed away from the doc, meds etc, then you to will face a bit of a mountain to climb. Looks like i,m in your gang then pussycatsmum as 23 years ago surgeons told me no more could be done to ease the pain as the surgery caused nerve damage, i was told to go home and try and live my life the best way i could, what a joke thats turned out to be as i live the life of luxury on a hundred pounds a week, and i also live alone, thats another thing that goes against you.
