DWP Letter arrived this morning, confused, HELP ??

Good Afternoon Everyone,
In Dec 2010, i wrote to the DWP asking for a reconsideration, as my health has deteriorated.
I sent supporting evidence and explained how certain descriptors applied to my physical and mental health.
I was hoping to be placed in the SG from WRAG.
After 6 weeks of waiting, i got a letter today, and i'm extremely confused
Briefly it say's, Changes in social security benefits, from April 9th.
The ESA award and how it was worked out, based on my N.I. Contributions, £71 living expenses and £28.15 as im in WRAG.
Income related amount would have been £99.15, but as im on CB ESA i will get £99.15 ?
The amounts on this page will apply from, 14th April
I am so confused, does this mean i will get the increased rate untill 30th April, and then it will stop ?
Or has my CB ESA been reinstated ?
Any help greatly appreciated

Hi, it sounds to me as if you haved received a routine letter relating to the general rise in payments that is due in April.
